Everyone agrees that games should work on purchase but no one can account for hardware and software that is constantly evolving and changing You must be okay with buying things that don’t work as intended which is your choice but I’d rather not support stupidity.

Yes there’s a fix for a certain type of black screen, is it the same one I got? No. I know what I’m doing and I researched all of the fixes and people having the same exact issue I had and they did not get solved. I had to do the same bs to make resident evil 5 work, and guess what? That game actually runs lol.
